Naughty unicycle man not wearing helmet

A man in New Plymouth was not wearing a helmet seen on Thursday on Tukapa St and Friday on Wallace Pl on the corner to Morley St. We are investigating something up the road.

    Yes Flynn, I think I saw this man. He needs to think about protecting his head and wearing a helmet!!
