This Sunday 8th November all the outdoor activities cost Frankley Bucks this year. Go to our Frankley bank and get the school bucks. Use 1 dollar get 1 Frankley Buck. The Frankley Duck

On Tuesday 1 August 2015 Flynn's News took photos and videos of this suspicious duck. This duck appeared in our school. We don't know why this duck has come here to discover Frankley School. One student in Room 11 said the duck belonged to someone but we believe but we don't think it's true.

Leap second at lunchtime on 30/6/2015

A leap second is like wasting time but that happened with spare time before 12:00 PM. A leap second happens in a few years because mismatch from the Earth's rotation. Instead of going straight to the 0 till the next hour it went to 60. This is the spare second 11: 59: 60. We never see this on our clock. That might happen on your clock too. That also happened to old fashioned clocks. When the big hand pointed. It stayed at the 12 for 1 second. What a weird day that has been!!!

Poor Hilary Barry feels unhappy of a cause of John Campbell

Hilary Barry was very upset when something about John Campbell leaving his show Campbell Live The camera faced at her with embarrassment saying " I think Mike has to read this." I think Mike read the next news story instead. Hilary came back after a few news stories later struggling the way through the news with her feelings.

Marshmallow Technology challenge: The tasty challenge of the year.

This technology challenge is full of fun and amazement. We used pasta sticks and.... MARSHMALLOW'S!!! Most of the kids get to eat the marshmallows after. Even the photographer.

Here is our winner!!! (This structures look's so big that it looks like the Eiffel Tower)

All the others did very well and they were amazing but the photographer accidentally deleted them.

Bitten Wood Pigeon At Frankley School now safe and sound

A Wood Pigeon {Our NZ native bird} has been bitten on the neck in our Frankley School Bush. Sadly the bird died because it was too sick and the Department of Conservation cannot make it feel better.

The Frankley School Picnic

The Frankley School Picnic was a lovely day to go to the rock pools and have a swim at Ngamotu beach which was so much fun. The temperature was 24 degrees while we where having our school summer fun. Here are some photo's you will like. BUT.....Some photo's have little creatures you can't see. But the red arrows are here to help you find them.
